CONSTRUCTION

Project land of 512.000 m2 was allocated to the investor by the Federal Financial Supervision Authority affiliated to the Prime Ministry. In return for this allocation, 1,456 flats will be left to the State Financial Supervision Agency. In addition, the State Financial Supervision Agency will pay an amount to the investor for the said 1,456 flats. Other phases will remain at the disposal of the investor.

Our company has strictly followed Occupational Safety and Health standards ever since the day it was founded and has delivered nearly 16 million hours of accident-free work force to date. With the interiorizement of ‘’safety comes first against all other priorities’’ motto, we have and will always value ‘’Occupational Safety and Health’’ above all financial and operational successes. This is an essential principle for all company activities.

Within the scope of the project, a world-class worker camp for 650 people was built by MS Power for the accommodation of workers and personnel, and life in the camp began. The camps and storage areas, which were built as prefabricated structures, are designed to increase their capacity as the phases progress. Although most of the bargaining with the investor was about the quality standards of the worker camp at the contract stage, the camp's budget was increased to the standards ask for by MS POWER after the investor was convinced about the positive reflections of the quality of life of the workers on the work carried out.

MS POWER employees are part of a large team and each and every part of this team, big and small, are valued the same. Our blue-collar teammates were provided with heating and cooling in 14 m2 rooms accommodating 6 people; a kitchen and cafeteria with the capacity to prepare meals for 600 people at the same time, and a wet space and laundry room, well above standards, were allocated. Hot water was available 24 hours, measures were taken to keep the system fully operational against power cuts with 1000 KW generators; a market was established in the camp area, and social facilities with billiards, table tennis and game tables were built for teams to have a good time outside of working hours.

As of January 15, 2023, there were about local and Turkish 500 personnel and is expected to reach approximately 2000 in total during project implementation.

Our company's pool of workers includes Filipino, Nepali and Indian workers and staff who have worked with us on our previous projects. These teams were employed by our expert engineers after passing various qualification tests in their own countries.
